Drivers Age
Minimum rental age is 23 years and maximum is 65 years.
No young or senior drivers charges apply.
Driver’s License
Drivers must hold a full and valid license for at least 6 months (from the issue date of license) with no major endorsements. Also, valid ID card (if Qatar resident) or passport would be required at time of pick up.
If renter is from Qatar then Qatar ID and Qatar driving license must be required.
Domestic license can be used for 14 days from the date of entry to Doha.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) is mandatory. International driver's license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
Customers who come with International Driver’s License and get Qatar ID as they come for work purposes, in that case the International license will not be valid as they need to get a Qatar driver’s license as per the Law.
Tourist who comes with International Driver’s license, they can drive until the expiry of the license.
Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in the rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer's damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
The excess amount for CDW depends upon the category of a car from 410 USD to 2500 USD
Theft Waiver (THW)
It is included in the rental amount.
It reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible amount.
The excess amount for THW depends upon the category of a car from 410 USD to 2500 USD
Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL)
It is included in the rental amount. Customer will be liable to pay upto the excess amount from 410 USD to 2500 USD.
Please Note: 1. Police report is mandatory, in case of an accident / damage or theft. Without police report insurance is not valid. The customer must immediately inform the rental desk about the incident.
2. Renter must present the vehicle keys and documents to the rental company (Finalrentals) to qualify for coverage, otherwise the insurance will be invalidated and the renter will be liable for the full amount due to the loss of vehicle. In the event of any damage to the vehicle for theft reasons, the insurance does not cover the renter.
3. Any damage due to driver negligence or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any other controlled substances is not covered by insurance.
4. Insurance doesn’t cover Windows and mirrors, wheels and tire, undercarriage, engine, the car’s interior, personal belongings, lost keys, extras such as GPS or child seats.
A Valid Police report is mandatory in case of any incident.
Transferable Insurance Coverage
We doesn’t accept any insurances, in case of damage customers will be liable to pay the damage up to the excess amount and they can claim back from their own insurance.
Please note that in case of any scratch or damage police report is mandatory, in case if you fail to provide the police report, the damage amount can exceed the excess limit.
Excess Reduction
In the event of an accident, Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) reduces your excess amount to ZERO.
The price of Super CDW is USD 10 to USD 70 per day depending on the vehicle group.
SCDW doesn’t cover Windows and mirrors, wheels and tire, undercarriage, engine, the car’s interior, personal belongings, lost keys, extras such as GPS or child seats.
Super CDW is optional and can be purchased at the rental desk. For more information, please check at the rental desk.
Fees
Airport surcharge is included in the rental amount.
Other fees:
1. Traffic fines and parking fines are the responsibility of the customer. The charge depends on the violation from USD 50 to USD 500 plus USD 50 administrative charge if the fines are paid by the rental office.
2. If found smoking in the car, charge of 200 USD will be applicable.
3. If the car keys or documents are lost a fee of USD 300 will be applicable.
Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown assistance is available free of charge. It does not cover tyre change. Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.
Fuel Policy
You have to return the vehicle with same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at the time of pickup. In case of less fuel missing fuel will be charged in addition to a refueling fee on your return. Unused fuel is not refundable. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.

Unlimited mileage for all other vehicles. .
Cross Border Travel
Cross border travel is not allowed.
Tax Rate
Tax is included in the rental price and in the additional services.
Payment Methods
Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Diners credit card are accepted and the card must be on main renter’s name while paying at the rental desk.
Deposit
A refundable deposit varying from USD 410 to USD 2500 (depending upon the vehicle group) will be held from the credit card at the time of rental until the vehicle is returned.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection service is available within Doha city limits for 50 Qatar Riyals and outside Doha 100 Qatar Riyals..
Out of Hours
Out of hours service is available free of charge.
Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipment’s depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
